Interco Product Shipping Policy
Interco ships only to verified commercial brick-and-mortar locations.
A true commercial address means:
- It is zoned commercial,
- Acts as a business open to the public or operating staff,
- Has regular business hours, and
- It has a forklift on-site to safely unload freight.
We do not ship to residential addresses, home-based businesses, farms, empty lots, storage units, or any location without proper unloading equipment.
If an order is shipped to any address that does not meet the requirements of a commercial address, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges, fees, re-delivery costs, liftgate fees, or penalties billed by the carrier due to misclassification or unloading issues.
